Deval Gadhvi, MD – Medical Director
Dr. Deval Gadhvi is an attentive primary care physician providing traditional outpatient services to patients in Jersey City and West Orange, NJ. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. Dr. Gadhvi speaks English, Hindi, and Gujarati. As a survivor of breast cancer, it has changed her approach to overall health. This involves a complete holistic approach to health that includes diet, exercise, stress reduction, and alternative medicine. In a remote desert area of India called Kutch, she has also started a small breast cancer awareness program “Let’s save Maa”. Her and her team have also arranged a mammogram bus, and educational material have been distributed in schools for young girls to be aware of the disease.
Dr. Gadhvi earned bachelor’s degrees in medicine and surgery at the M.P. Shah Medical College in Gujarat, India. She completed an internal medicine internship at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, before finishing residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.
Patients trust Dr. Gadhvi to provide a number of services, including routine medical exams, bone density measurements, diabetes consultations, anti-aging treatments, lap-band and gastric banding consultations, and many others. She advocates for her patients and helps them understand their treatment options.
